ingredients:
4x tomato
1/2 red onion/ charlotte
1/4 fresh garlic
a bit of olive oil
1/2 lime ( the juice of it)
red pepper ( as much as you like it spicy)
coriander (as much as you like)
Cut all ingredients really small, cook up in a pot and then fill into a jar and keep in the fridge - stays fresh for a couple of days
tip - to keep all vitamins and stay nicely green you can also add the coriander after cooking the tomato-mix
